Well thats a good question… i really am not sure. only God can judge me its his ultimate decision- he knows the mistakes and sins i have made.

id actually stay away from frozen processed foods unless you plan on eating those the rest of your life. your body doesnt process them well. eat more organic natural foods. rye bread is best. have rice cakes instead of chips. only drink water/milk. other drinks have extra sugar.

nope you are good !!- if you want to loose weight. just hit the gym a few times a week and eat healthy.
the thing is yes itll take off the weight but the MINUTE you stop doing it you gain it back. when you starve your body it will literally turn ANYTHING you eat into fat, storring it cuz it doesnt kno when it will eat next. plus it will literally kill- burn your esophagese your teeth enamal and give you heart palipitations.
stomach- use the equiptment at your local gym 3 sets of 10. then each day add a set. you’ll be able to tell its working when you wake up and are sore. if you dont have access to the equipement above incline on the treadmill and SQUATS LOTS AND LOTS

that is too low of a weight for your height…you’d be way way underweight- 115 is a good goal where you would look skinny fit and healthy. boys dont like sticks. but id estimate 6 to 8 weeks.
