its day 3 of my diet/work out and i think im doing everything okay...no soda, no fast food, small 6 meals, lots of diet meals like (lean cuisines and smart ones) ive been working out for at least an hour, abs every day, cardio every other...anything else to suggest?

id actually stay away from frozen processed foods unless you plan on eating those the rest of your life. your body doesnt process them well. eat more organic natural foods. rye bread is best. have rice cakes instead of chips. only drink water/milk. other drinks have extra sugar.

I'M 5'6 and 135.. I definitely have a chest and hips, should I loose a few pounds..or am I okay?

nope you are good !!- if you want to loose weight. just hit the gym a few times a week and eat healthy.

that's great! I have friends who I envy because I could see them thin and then thinner and when I asked them what exercises they had done they would just tell me that either they stop eating or they were throwing what they eat. I feel like that's cheating r_r

the thing is yes itll take off the weight but the MINUTE you stop doing it you gain it back. when you starve your body it will literally turn ANYTHING you eat into fat, storring it cuz it doesnt kno when it will eat next. plus it will literally kill- burn your esophagese your teeth enamal and give you heart palipitations.

Well my height is 5'6 and my weight is 137 lbs but I'm working out everyday for 2 hours :) But I want to now how long is it going to take me to be 100 lbs :)

that is too low of a weight for your height…you’d be way way underweight- 115 is a good goal where you would look skinny fit and healthy. boys dont like sticks. but id estimate 6 to 8 weeks.
